Qld: Man dies after being hit by car

A 42-year-old man's died after being hit by a car while trying to cross a busy road
in central Queensland.

Police say the accident happened on Musgrave Street in Rockhampton about 10 to 10 last night.

He suffered severe head injuries and died at Rockhampton Base Hospital early this morning.
