Jul. 27--Terri Clark had an almost childlike giddiness to her voice last week.
Life is good, she proclaimed. Real good.
After 11 years -- most of them happy -- at Mercury Records Nashville, Clark walked away amicably in March and landed last month in the supportive arms of BNA Records, home of superstar Kenny Chesney.
"I'm extremely excited," she gushed. "(It's) kind of like my next life kind of thing."
This time she has the advantage of knowledge on her side.
